He comes up every 30 minutes at the left bush from the door right where that little sheet of paper is. Also, you can find him every 15 minutes at the ski hill. At the bush right next to the easiest course.
So have you seen the white puffle video yet in the What's new blog? It is hilarious and so cool. When I saw it I just knew there would be a white puffle somewhere in it and MIMO finally found where it was. He says that it was in the part of the video where all the puffles start charging so they can get the puffaloes. He says there is an invisible orange zebra rainbow puffle in the circle that has nothing in it, with a parrot on his shoulder.

If your brothers and sisters want to be an Elite Penguin Force member on Club Penguin but they don't have a code from their own game, I know just how to make them an EPF without the code! All you have to do is first have your WiFi connection setup and then you can choose from 3 Penguin accounts to download coins onto. When you do that, they become an EPF member and they will get a certificate, and if they aren't an agent, they'll get a spy phone. And they'll also get the special access to the EPF closet hideout in the HQ.
